Compliance against notice u/s 148

14 September 2017 I recd. at notice U/S 148 of IT Act 1961 for AY 2010-11, Regarding the matter I met income tax officer. He advised to complete all compliance and reply the notice.

My Question is that

Can I file ITR for AY 2010-11 now ?
