If a pvt ltd company wants to shift its business from Delhi to another city, what is the legal procedure and various formalities to be considered for transferring file from one registrar office to another. Please guide me through this.

You need to first change your address from state to another state and for this purpose you need to file a petition in form 24AAA. After that you can transfer your registered office from one state to another.

This itself is a very detailed process. Completion of petition is a long task.. you need to publish notice in paper, issue notices to the creditors, prepare affidavits...
