CS of a company has left the Job. Now within how many days another CS can be appointed by the company??

Another question is that as soon as company's paid up capital is raised to 5 crore, company is bound to have a CS in whle time empl., How many days limit is granted to company by law??

04 January 2012 There is not any such limit is prescribed by the Companies Act. However, new Companies Bill contain all such limits.
