04 February 2011 If suppose my co. is having share capital of 5 crores or more but it didnt have whole time secretary so whether it is mandatory to file compliance certificate

08 February 2011 In case the paid up share capital of the Company is Rs.5 Crores or more, u have to appoint a Whole Time Company Secretary.
