A company Secretary has to deal with top brass mainly, and there is always shortage of competent persons in any growing organisation. As our economy is in full swing, it will always accommodate persons having caliber to share the responsiblities of top management , even by active participation. SO ample scope for CS is there in the job market as the present number of qualified CS is not sufficient.
