31 July 2013 Respected sir is it necessary to filing annual roc of a pvt Ltd company which was formed Only 3 months ago i.e. Jan 13 before 30th Sept 13 ,still any work is not start in the company even pan card is not applied till date

If your company hold Annual General Meeting then annual filing is required.

Please check what is your first financial year period. The first financial year period decide when your first Annual General Meeting will be held and up to which your annual filing is required.
