i got approval letter by filing inc 1 after that i called egm and got approval of mgt 14. please tell me now require inc 24 for obtaining certificate???

After passing of the resolution authorising name change of the company by the shareholders , you have to file Form INC 24 with the ROC with Minutes of the member's meeting attached with eform
