hello experts,
my bro has a software company in Hyderabad. he is not maintaining the main branch in Hyderabad at all.
but he has started the same company in Vijayawada as branch.
so what he need to do.
please give a clarity

Either maintain Registered Office at Hyderabad or change the address of registered office from Hyderabad to Vijayawada.
