In a private ltd company only 2 members and both are directors.one agees to call AGM and another resists. Is it posssible to call AGM to the Director who want the meeting. What will is the procedure otherthan notice to Law Board and NCLT.
What can do,in the absent of another member, to the sigle director of the company who want an EGM.(can he call a meeting on sua-moto)
