sir please help me to choose company law book for DEC 2014 ICSI Executive exam . you already know that company law 2013 is applicable for Dec 2014 exam so sir i do not know that how i prepare this paper because i do not know the entire company law 1956 is changed or some amendment of company law 2013 are included in Dec 2014 exam. so sir please help me in this case and also suggest me best books me for these exam. thamks

Check out the details regarding applicability of Companies Act 2013 from above link. You will also find updated Study Material at above link. Institute's Study Material is best so any other book is not necessary.
