13 August 2013 Total Strength of the board of directors of XYZ Ltd is twelve. Hoe many directors are liable to retire by rotation at the next annual general meeting ?

13 August 2013 You are requested to let us know the details and position of 12 directors. I mean if there is any MD, WTD or any executive director, nominee director.
There may be few director who are non-rotational by virtue of their appointment resolution. Please check and revert.
