25 November 2013 Do all public companies should be listed?.According to the Companies Act 2013 Companies should be graded for IPO?. Of so,please the section in Companies Act 2013 if possible. Thank you.

No all public company should not listed. But yes only public company is eligible for listed who are issuing IPO of equity shares.
