Check whether proposed name of new company is available or not on MCA portal. If proposed name is not taken by any other company and its available, you can make fresh application for incorporation of company. You will have to file SPICe form along with eMOA, eAOA and AGILE forms. File form completely and accurately along with all the relevant attachments. You can also refer to help forms available with each of these forms.
