hello my dear professional experts, I wish to know the applicability of company bill 2013 ,for november 2014 attempt ? is there any confirmation at present regarding this?

Regarding the applicability for November 2014 Examination, ICAI will take decision based on the exact date of enactment of the above Companies Bill, 2012 into the Companies Act, 2013

The Companies Bill, 2012 (proposed Companies Act, 2013) will not be applicable for the Intermediate (IPC) and Final Examinations to be held in May 2014. No decision have been taken for nov 14.

ok thanks expert aryan and sanket sir, and moreover it feels great to study new company bill to have an edge in the market.. if we study for CA qualification new company bill, it is good..moreover i vil join munish bhandhari classes for new law. to enhance my interest.

thankyou so much ajay sir, it smy warm hearted thanks again.. i have my atempt in novmember 2014, so there are chances for me to study new only... but still how to proceed with new company law,, its matter is available in icai website otherwise.. however i personally prefer frpm other best sellers books to study..and i m at present focusing on my practical subjects.. so no issues ,till the time i will start , every options for study,material will be available.. thanks for awareness sir.

but i need to ask shud i join theory cmpany act and audit classes or shud do it all self only through bare acts available anywher soon either from websites or sellers,,,, waiting for reviews

can institute modules be purchased again to get the updated onces? if we are already registered and got modules already? is dere any way to get updated modules issued by ICAI?.
