PL TELL ME BALANCE SHEET OF F.Y 2013-14 WILL BE PREPARED AS PER COMPANY ACT 2013 OR COMPANY ACT 1956.

as per co act 1956 only but those 98 section of co act 1956 will be playing role in preparation of fin accounts.
