The notice of disclosure is by a director stating that he is so and so holding so much of shares in the company and that he or his relative is a member having more than 2% shareholding interest in such and such companies or holding directorship in such and sucjh companies, where he is to be considered as interested by virtue of section 299. Such a notice is a general notice given at the first meeting of the Board of directors in a financial year.
