14 September 2014 Sir/ madam , Does Companies Act 2013 replaced companies act 1956?? Or just it is an amendment act??

14 September 2014 Companies Act 2013 is a Completely new Act which will soon replace the Companies Act 1956 fully. As of now Companies Act 2013 has only partially replaced the Companies Act 1956.
