21 June 2014 company incorporated on 16-4-2013. i want to file annual e-filing forms 23AC,23ACA,20B.Is there any other forms as per companies act,2013.now companies act,2013 is applicable or not. please answer urgently

21 June 2014 Form for Annual e-filing remains the same. So go ahed with filing of 23AC, 23ACA and 20B.

As on date 282 sections of Companies Act are in force.
