19 February 2015 Auditor did not file Form 23B for FY 2013-14.The AGM held on 26.09.2014. The default still continues. In such a situation can Auditor sign the accounts on 04.09.2014. Pls reply me on 9433022460 or mail me at rajatsghosh@gmail.com
