09 May 2014 An online selling/purchasing company receives commission income from other web portals for sales through them.

Does this particular company needs to get registered under Service Tax? If yes, what will be the description of taxable service? Business Auxiliary?

09 May 2014 The service provided by the online selling/purchasing company are in nature of Business Auxilairy.

If the value of service provide exceeds 9,00,000 then registration under service is required.
