An assessee shown his commission income accrued on purchase of goods under section 56 under the head "IFOS" for AY 2014-15. Can he Show the same income under the head "PGBP" for claiming expenditure for AY 2015-16 ? He doesn't have any documentary evidence except purchase bills for claiming expenditure...Please clarify...
