22 September 2012 A person is work as commission agent of sahara india as collection agent which return he has to file. TIR 2 or ITR 4

But TDS is Deducted u/s 194H under commission & Brokerage

22 September 2012 ITR 4 is better. He may file ITR2 by showing income from other sources. But better way is to file itr4
