commision on sales are business income

09 August 2010 I have received the commission from Vijaya Dairy Milk every month they are deducted tds @10% is there are any clause there not to be deducted tax. because I have saving Up to Rs.120,000/- It can be shown under chapter Vi-A

09 August 2010 TDS must have deducted u/s 194H. There is no clause in the section. However u can apply for lower deduction certificate from your A. O. by applying the same in form no. 13.
