f one company has a policy to give some percent of sales to dealer n distributor.......after certain stage...n if company gives it in kind then what all provisions will b applicale n how the will b recurred.....

from the company point of view it will be considered as Sales Promotion Exp or Commission on sale. and the fair value of kind would be considered as taxable income in the hand of Assessee.
