can it increase its auth.capital and make allotment on 31.03.2012

as notice is given before 21 (clear days)

30 April 2013 You can hold your Board meeting and Extra ordinary general meeting (EGM) on the same day. This EGM will be called on shorter notice u/s 171(2)(ii).
