CAN HE SUBMIT/PREPARE BALANCE SHEET & P/L AND SUBMIT ITR-6 FOR 31.03.2012, (AS IT IS INCORPORATED ON 30.03.2012)

26 April 2013 yes it has to file, no relaxation in income tax, once the incorporation done, even if the company has not commenced business.
as per 139(1)
