Coma Separator in Excel to Format Number as 1,00,000.00

By default the coma separator in excel is placed on every 000 (1,000,000.00) but in India we use it first after 000 then after every 00 - like 1,00,00,000.00. Can this format be made/programmed? How?

Select the range you want to change in Indian Comma Style and
goto format menu> number tab > custom
Enter following and save
[>9999999]"Rs."##\,##\,##\,##0;[>99999]"Rs."##\,##\,##0;"Rs."##,##0
