24 June 2014 can a ICAI member hold COP in a partnership firm while he/she is already in job in india?

24 June 2014 you can hold the COP. but it becomes part time COP and you are not allowed to do attest functions.

25 June 2014 you can take as part time practice. and not do nay attention function.
