HI, I WOULD LIKE TOKNOW THAT A CA IN PRACTICE WHO IS ALSO GOING TO START A TIN FACILITATION CENTRE IS REQUIRED TO FULFILL ANY PROVISIONS OF CODE OF CUNDUCT. MOREOVER WHETHER HE IS REQUIRED TO COMMUNICATE ABOUT THE SAME TO THE ICAI OR NOT. PLZ REPLY SOON
