IS CO.OP SOC. IS LIABLE TO DEDUCT TAX (TDS) ON ANY TRANSACTION WITH ADVOCATE ?

12 July 2011 Co - Op Soc is paying Professional Fees which is liable to deduct TDS under section 194J, so Society is liable to deduct TDS.
