29 January 2013 Please tell me if co bill will be applicable for ca final nov 2013 exams. Bcoz i want to buy munish bhandari book so i want to know in case i buy it now or will the portion change due to this ammendment

29 January 2013 if the bill pases in rajya sabha ., then from that date check 6 months., if it is within Nov then., it applies to Nov
