07 September 2015 I'm going to attend my cma campus placement.
I'm student who qualified CA in my first attempt
And cleared cma final 1 St group in my 1st attempt and 2 nd group but for one subject in dat attempt.
I got it done in my third attempt
Frankly I got exemption in that particular paper in every exam of my professional studies except for cma 1st attempt
I know that attempts will be the criteria for short listing
I just want to know whether my other qualifications as ca 1st attempt also matters
As most of us know, even we presented at our best we can't get through exams some times

07 September 2015 It's urgent

19 July 2024 Congratulations on your achievements in qualifying as a CA and nearing completion of your CMA final exams! Here’s some guidance on how to approach your CMA campus placement, considering your qualifications and exam attempts:

1. **Highlighting your Qualifications**: Your qualification as a CA in your first attempt is definitely a strong point that you should emphasize. It showcases your academic capability and discipline in achieving professional milestones early in your career.

2. **Addressing Exam Attempts**: While attempts in exams are a criteria for shortlisting, it’s positive that you cleared your CMA final exams with persistence and dedication. Your ability to overcome challenges and succeed ultimately is what matters.

3. **Exemption in One Subject**: Getting exemptions in other subjects consistently except for one doesn’t diminish your overall achievement. It demonstrates your competence in those areas and your capability to learn and adapt.

4. **Preparing for Campus Placement**: Focus on presenting your strengths confidently during the placement process. Highlight your academic achievements, skills developed during your studies, and any practical experience or internships you might have.

5. **Learning from Experiences**: If the opportunity arises during interviews or discussions, you can share how you tackled challenges and what you learned from your exam experiences. This can showcase your resilience and determination.

6. **Networking and Preparation**: Connect with professionals in the industry through networking events or LinkedIn. Prepare by researching the companies participating in the campus placement and understanding their requirements and values.

In summary, while the number of attempts may be a criteria, your qualifications as a CA and your ability to clear the CMA exams are significant achievements. Focus on presenting yourself confidently, emphasizing your strengths, and demonstrating your potential to contribute effectively to the organization you are interviewing with. Good luck with your CMA campus placement!
