Closure of huf account

24 October 2012 I am having a HUF account in my name. I have one son and two daughter who are legal heirs. Now i want to close my HUF account and want to transfer my all properties in HUF account to my son. So what is the procedure to do it.

24 October 2012 Make a Transfer Deed/Gift Deed. as Whatever Case be.
Cloe all Bank Accounts & Related Formalities.

Transfer Will not attract Capital gain If You Follow rules in Sec 45 Provided.

26 October 2012 so as per view there is no litigation in directly transfer of assets to son name.
