A company was incorporated in 1997 and have not carried any operation since incorporation. Directors now want to close the compnay under the Easy Exit scheme 2011 and facing following problems: 1)Directors have no DIN. 2)MCA website is showing under signatory details "Company is in default for not filing the DIN3/Form 32.
Plz suggest options if any to close the company in presence of above said two problems. Thanks,
