Whether electricity bill payable to any State Electricity Board outstanding on 31st March is a statutory liability that needs to be reported under Clause 21 of Tax Audit Report w.r.t. Sec. 43B of Income Tax Act, 1961?
Please clarify whether electricity bills of State Elec Board are statutory liabilities?
