25 May 2015 Hi,
One of the client work as an software engineers in one company and his salary Rs.260000 and additional he prepare software for foriegner around Rs. 300000 per annum,so how this income shows in income tax return? Whither it is income from Business and Profession or it is income from other source? If it is income from Business and profession how to calculate taxability?

25 May 2015 it would be accounted as income from business/profession. use ITR-4 for the same.

and you should know how to compute income from business..shouldnt u?
