We are manufacurer of Laser Welded plate Tariff Haeading under 85 & Rm is under 72 . before & during manufacturing process,generates SS Scrap. my query is that whether this scrap should be classfied in heading 85 or 72 ?? In addition to this whether it is required to mention/amend in ragistration for such scrap sale ?
