Clarification for amendment in service tax registration

Dear Experts,
As all of you are aware that the concept of reverse charge is going to be effective from tomorrow i.e., 01.07.2012.
Now my query is do all corporates get their Reg Certificates ST-2 amended / registered to include the Rent a cab operator, works contract services........ect., to remit the Service tax to the extent of Service Recipient share ?

Yes the service recipients shall have to amend their registration certificates.
