clarification about service tax matter

18 July 2011 Assessee means a society/ an Autonomous body provided to accreditation for a programme like MBA, B.tech etc. to a college or for a university in india. Till time they are not charging any service tax, is this is liable for service tax or not? No clarification given about this service in the indian service tax act.

Please guide me.

18 July 2011 All educational institutions are now covered under Service tax.

19 July 2011 here assessee is not a educational institution, it is a society or an autonomous body, is accreditation service is covered under service tax or not? this is my question.
