Can N.G.O claim Tds as refund which is deducted on iterest received from F.Ds which were deposited in Bank?

27 August 2014 of course yes , if the total income is below rs 2 lacs. and if the NGO is registered u/s 12 A , and all the condition of sec 11 are fulfilled , than there will not be any tax liability and u will get full amount refunded
