16 April 2013 IF DUTY DRAWBACK IS LESS THAT 5% YOU ADMISSIBLE FOR 3.5% INCENTIVE OTHERWISE 5% INCENTIVE APPLICABLE OF THIS SCHEME AS PER FTP 2009-2014.
