03 April 2012 1.my client is running a jewellery shop
he wants to run a chit whether he has to register?

2. he finds nobody has registered including big shops?

04 April 2012 For running a chit business ,one has to register under Chit fund Act with local sales tax authority.

As registration process is difficult people do not register.
