Iwant to Know that any employee not received any amount of childern education allowance from company. can he claim examption for childern education ?

No. If the same is not received you can not claim it.

no children allowance is not taken as exemption....but you can take tution fee of your children in sec.80C as deduction max. upto 1 lacs.

Children education allowance will not be takne in to consideration unless the sama has been provided by the employer..You cannot taken unless it is provided by the employer
