the society is regst with the registrar of societies and now after 10years of its formation it wants to file its return with the income tax.
will it have to submit any audit report with the income tax? will it be in form 10B.(the society has not claimed exemption u/s 11 & 12)

Form 10B is prescribed under Rule 17B and u/s 12A.
