I have a query regarding Chargebility of Salary received by member of parliament. Please let me know that in which head of income it is chargable.

07 December 2010 The Salary and Allowance of MP or MLA or MoC are chargeable under the head Income from Other Sources and not under the head Salaries, since there is no employer-employee relationship between the payer and payee.
