11 April 2015 If E.S.I. & P.F. is charged seperately in the invoice, then will we charge the service tax on the grosss amount including e.s.i. & p.f.?

13 April 2015 if contractor raised a separate invoice for PF/ESI amount from the principle employer then service tax is liable to pay by contractor itself.
