14 January 2013 Form 8 to be filed with in 30 days from the date of BR or from the date of Agreement? that is what is the date of Creation of Charge. I think the date of execution of Agreement is the date of creation of charge. Correct me

14 January 2013 Form 8 is to be filed for registration of charge within 30 days from the date of Agreement. the date of creation of charge is the date of execution of documents.
