hi can u please tell me whr can i get changes that will affect taxation paper if im attempting in may 2010? the changes due to the new finance act?

as the main amedment by Fianace Act, 2009 is of slab rate,,,,,that is increase in individual limit other than senior citizen is of Rs 10000 nd in case of senior citizen is of Rs 15000.
