03 January 2014 i WANT TO CHANGE THE BOTH DIRECTOR OF A PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY. PLEASE TELL ME THE PROCEEDURE

03 January 2014 Follow the below steps:

1) Take resignation letter from the Directors
2) Pass a Board resolution in a Board Meeting
3) File Form 32 with ROC

Please note if you have only two Directors now, then appoint two new Directors prior to cessation of two existing directors.
