Change of tariff heading

Kindly guide us on the following query
As per Notification No. 102 (RE-2010)/2009-14
Sec XI Chp 52, Tariff Item 5201 n 5203 are banned for exports. we want to know tht can we export the same commodity under different Tarrif Heading and continue the export activities with NIL rate of duty.
Pls reply at the earliest.

Hi Shefali,
As per prescribed procedures for Export of Goods, it includes physical examination as well. Hence if you declare such goods under another Tarrif, things might not get relieved for you.:)
